Less Shopping More Saving

My sister’s car insurance would due on the beginning of December. However. She already starting to complain no money to spend because has to save for insurance premium. Well, there are many website-offering discounts to renew car insurance; I also introduced a website to her. Discounted insurance premium is quite cheap also; it should not cost her too much I wonder why she stills complain so many. She should do less shopping and save that money for monthly fixed expenses. That should be the best solution for her to avoid overspent.
