Find A Better Job

I think my friend really could not start for his boss already. He told me want to spend time for Business job search already. I thought he would never leave his company because he already working there over 15 years already. I thought he already get used to the company and boss is treating him good, if not why he would stay in the same company for such long time. Well, maybe his company’s financial is not stable due to economic problem now. Moreover, he has a big family to feed, so he has no choice to find for a better job now.
