Cream for Hemorrhoid

If someone is suffering from hemorrhoids, what could we help them actually? I know I could not stop them from feeling uncomfortable the pain and itchiness but at least I could help them with something else. How about buy them some hemorrhoid cream? Is there any hemorrhoid cream that is powerful and very effective to treat hemorrhoid? Please let me know if you know any. I just want to keep it a record, so that I know what to help if someone is suffer hemorrhoid.
