Hope She Has Not Find new Job

I wonder does my colleague success in her job search project. She told me she started to search for new job last month and already went to interview few times. She said would let me know if she really hunt a good job, so that she could resign and we have enough time to find another helper. So far, I have not heard anything from her yet. Maybe she has not found her dream job yet or she wants to let us know at last minute only? I hope I am not the last one to know it.
