House for Vacation?

I wish I have a house at North Carolina, so that I could go there for a short vacation anytime. Sometimes, I wish I could get a real cheap deal from Corolla short sales, but too bad there are hot spot and real estate value is quite high. I have no idea when could I get enough money to buy. Well, this surely would not happen within these 3 years.
