No Need to Pay?

My colleague told me she never pays to Indah Water Company. She would ignore the bill and never think of pay them. Well, I wonder what would happen if she continue to do like this. Doesn’t she worry she would receive warning letter or even lawyer letter from them? I thought this kind of charges is compulsory to pay. Well, if the company really takes action, they might request other companies such as water supply and power supply to stop their supply to her. Then, she is not only need to prepare rain barrels to spare for water but also have to buy more candle to use as power already. :p
