Exercise And Play With Children At The Same Time

I went to shopping with John last Sunday. He was planning to buy a basketball and play with the children on weekend. He has too little exercise time and It would be great if he willing to do exercise and playing game with the children at the same time. That surely a great idea to improve father and children relationship.

Therefore, we went to shop last weekend. However, he totally forget about the basketball when he saw few ping pong tables display in one of the sport shop in shopping mall. I think he found his favorite games again. Anyway, no matter what kind of sport is that, anything will be great if could make him spend time with children and do more exercise!
