Drink Chinese Herbs Tea Regularly

John gave me a list of Chinese Herbs today, he got the list from a friend and now want me to buy all the Chiense Herbs and add water to boil. He is serious in prevention now. He wants me to cook more Chinese Herbs tea for the children and family.

John is having flu and cough now, I hope he would feeling better after take medicine. I really ahve to take very good care for them now. I hope I could be strong as well. I could not fall in sick at this moment!
