I am so hardworking to read diet pill review recently. I want to try diet pill already. I already tried my way to on diet and do more exercise but still could not lose weight. Furthermore, I gained weight so fast! No matter how I am tried but still could not loss a kilo! I have no choice now, I would try the diet pills and i hope it really could help me to loss weight. My target is loss 10 kilo in three months time, is it possible?
I having very bad mood recently. Especially these two days, I scold my children very often and have already lost count how many times I am get angry. I just do not have patient to deal with them now. Just a little happening could drive me crazy already! hai…I know I should not be angry with them but I just could not control myself. I am sad I am controlled by my bad temper. sob
Being a stay at home mother might not as difficult as I thought previously. I figure out that things would get easy if I manage to arrange a nice schedule for the children and house chord. I even have more private time to enjoy my favorite snack while watching movie at home. Of course, this would only happen when the children is sleeping. However, I believe I will need top weight loss pills to help me loss weight if continue to eat and rest at home. I already gained 2 kgs in a week’s time! Crazy huh?!
After tried be a stay at home mother for a week, I finally changed a bit on the decision of to be a stay at home mother. I was thinking that the life of stay at home mother is very boring, well I am wrong. I was busy like hell in these few days! I was planning to clean my house, help John to do some office work and complete all my assignments. I could not believe that I done nothing until today! Anyway, I start to know how to adjust my time when being a stay at home mother. They schedule is quite fixed actually; I only need some time to arrange nicely. Then, I would still have some private time.
If I continue to have sleepless night like last few days, I think I could loss weight very fast even do not take any best weight loss supplement. Well, just kidding, of course I do not wish to have sleepless night like these. There must be not good things happen and make me have less time to sleep. I rather spend some money on weight loss supplement rather than scarify my sleeping time. Sleeps less makes me look old. 
Now not only my children sick already, even John also having mild sore throat. I already forced him to visit doctor yesterday. Although he has no other symptom yet but I am kind of worry he will get the same infection also. Today already is the third day since he feeling not comfortable, lucky there is no other sympton also.
I already boiled herbal tea and keep remind him to take his medicine on time. I hope he would getting well soon, so that I do not have to worry them again.
I am not only have to buy the diet pills that work for me in pharmacy later. I also have to buy fever and flu medicine for John. I think it would be good to keep some Fever and Flu medicine at home just for emergency use, especially we have two children that often fall in sick. I have no idea why children nowadays very weak, I offer then the best included health supplement but why they still often get sick. Is there anyway to stop it?
John gave me a list of Chinese Herbs today, he got the list from a friend and now want me to buy all the Chiense Herbs and add water to boil. He is serious in prevention now. He wants me to cook more Chinese Herbs tea for the children and family.
John is having flu and cough now, I hope he would feeling better after take medicine. I really ahve to take very good care for them now. I hope I could be strong as well. I could not fall in sick at this moment!
I went to shopping with John last Sunday. He was planning to buy a basketball and play with the children on weekend. He has too little exercise time and It would be great if he willing to do exercise and playing game with the children at the same time. That surely a great idea to improve father and children relationship.
Therefore, we went to shop last weekend. However, he totally forget about the basketball when he saw few ping pong tables display in one of the sport shop in shopping mall. I think he found his favorite games again. Anyway, no matter what kind of sport is that, anything will be great if could make him spend time with children and do more exercise!

Everytime I am taking bath at my father home I will feel like want to get out and buy the Delta faucet and replace the recent one immediately! My father still insist that the water volume is low is because of the paip! I really could not understand why he said so, it is a new paid directly come from storage water, from what I see should not have problem. Haii..I am getting boring to take bath at their house now, I think I will take bath after back home starting from now. I prefer the strong water volume just like my apartment faucet.
Today, I forced John to do medical check up again. He done a detail medical check up at February and consumed some cholesterol medicine about three months after that. He suppose to do the medical check up again at June but he was too busy at that time because want to rush for project. However, his project already finished two weeks ago and now should be the time go for the check up. But he keeps told me no time to go. He such a big child when come to medical purpose. I have no choice to force him and drive him to the clinic just for the check up! naughty big boy!
Where could I find the best diet pills which really effective on weight loss? People always saying that loss weight become more difficult when we getting older. Previously I was not believe and I though I could loss weight easily wif set my decision strong, but now I feel the different. Maybe my digest system is not as good as previously already, I could not loss a kilo after tried eat less do more exercise for few weeks. Oh my..so regretted to eat without control now. I have no confident in our area security actually. Our area has more and more rob or break in news since 2 years ago. Security has no improve even so many broke in happens and reported to police. There are still break in and rob cases happen everyday. See, how could we living with confident with such bad situation?
Lucky, I am staying in an apartment. Our apartment has own security guard to protect us, so I still not as worry as my aunty who is staying in double storey house with no guard. Her house area just happen three break in cases again last month and she is extremely worry she will be next target. I am strongly advice her to check out the ADT Security system.
