Better Purchase An Used Car

My car already is 12 years old. The maintenance and services fee for the car has increased so much since last two years. I started to keep the entire maintenance and services bill since two years ago. We spent about $1,000 for repaired and maintenance in the year of 2008, and $1,500 for last year.

Due to high maintenance fees, John suggest to buy a second hand car. According to him, the maintenance and repair cost are too high, by topping up a small amount already can get a not bad used car, in the market now. I have done some calculations after heard his suggestion. Seem like buying a second hand car is a good idea to save cost. I think our old car’s engine will be overhaul sooner, so I think better save the few thousand dollars to invest into a second hand car now.

However, there are so many used cars in the market, how do I know which is suitable? I am kind of worry bought a bad performance used car. That is not saving money but would be spending more in repair fees.

John has a friend who working in second hand Car Company. I wonder could he give us suggestion type of used car to buy. Previously, he did share some of the purchase second hand car tips with us, but I have forgotten all of them. That time never think of purchase used car, now seem we could not escape to buy a second hand car if really want to save the repair cost.

I think find a reliable and nice used car company to introduce a good performance used car could save our time for searching suitable car. At least we do not have to worry we would bought a bad performance used car. They should provide warranty if we buy from them. I heard my friend says that we could bargain for better price with the agent. They would accept the price if above their bottom line.

Cup Cake For Birthday Party?

2 weeks to go for elder daughter 5 years old birthday. I have no idea how to celebrate her birthday yet. Maybe I will bring her and my family for a buffet dinner as celebration of her birthday. Or just buy a small cake to celebrate at home.

I have to think what to buy for her to bring to school also. Her school would organize a small birthday party in classroom for each of the student. So I have to prepare something for them too. A birthday cake is a must, just that I still consider to homemake some cupcake for them. well, not sure would i have time to bake cup cake or not. But I think it would be a good idea to bake cup cake for them.

Forget To Renew Auto Insurance

Oh my! I totally forget to renew my auto insurance that will be expire on next Thursday! I was planning to request a friend to renew the auto insurance when I received the renewal notice two weeks ago, but then have totally forget about it!

I just sent an urgent email to that friend and hope she is manage to help me renew the insurance by today. So that, I could go to renew my road tax on tomorrow morning. I think I was too busy these few days, until could not remember this must do task!

Hope They Could Help

How to compensate my lovely husband who help me to take care the children at night? Any idea?

I was thinking to cook for him today, but then found that he does not like me to cook because we need to spend time on cleaning after meal. I know he is trying not to be so troublesome, we still have to take care the children beside our meal. hmm..how about we go outing for a dinner? I wonder could my parent help me to take care of the children for two hours, so that John and me could have a relaxing dinner.

Ok! I am going to ask my parent permission and hope that they willing to help.

Good Teammate Produces Good Team Work

I seldom have change to out the office with colleague and boss. Although we are spending most of the time in the same office, usually we are busying for our own works. Sometimes, we even busy until do not have time to take lunch. So, you should understand how much time we have to chitchat or even share our thought in the office. I think we do not even have chance for once a month!

Last month, we finally have a chance to out for a high tea at weekend. Boss promised to compensate us after a project. Co-ordinary Company received few high tea discount vouchers that given by a hotel. Therefore, boss invited all the staff to the high tea at weekend. I never know that we could be so happy to chat and play together. I think the environment at outside is big different with office. Therefore, all of us manage to chat and laugh widely.

I know nothing about team building until my boss request me to check out if there any companies provides or team building, corporate events services. I started to check out the detail of TEAM BUILDING.

Thank you to John who willing to spend his time to take care of the children when I am sick. I felt sick in the past few days. John known I do not feeling well and volunteer to take care of the children at night so that I could sleep early after back home.

I really need a good rest these few days, if not I think I not manage to cope with my workload later. My boss assigned some work to me to complete in this weekend. I have to recharge my energy as soon as possible.

Play Cooking Game

She placed all the “meal” besides my laptop and then “warning” me can only start after she ready the “Kopi-Ping”. Well, sure I will wait for her. We have our cute dinner together. Then she bring all plates and cup to wash.

Sometimes, it is really fun to play this kind of imagination game with the children.

He Would Loves Me No Matter How

Lose weight seems like a permanent work for me. I am not only want to keep fit for myself so that I could wear those beautiful and nice clothing. I also believe that fit body could make me look younger than my actual age. Besides that, I think john would like to have a beautiful slim wife rather than a fat and so so wife. I never say he would not love me anymore if I am fat. But I believe he would love me more if I am looking good. Haha..OK! back to the time to read the phenphedrine review now. I have to study which type of diet is suitable to me now.

Legs Pain

John complaint he has pain everywhere now. Due to his working, his is feeling pain in his back and legs now. I could not help but just listen to him. He stills taking the medicine he gets from doctor few months ago. I hope the medicine is effective to cover his pain. But I heard doctor said that most of the medicine would effective for 3 – 4 months only. Now already few months past, not sure would the medicine still working effectively or not. Hope he would feeling ok very soon.

Feeling Unsafe To Stay In Apartment Like This

I swear I would not buy un-landed house anymore. I would not waste my money in buying any apartment or condominium. I am very regret to buy the apartment 10 years ago. Previously, I thought to enjoy the apartment facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and badminton when I am free.

Sad to say, I use less than 10 times of these kinds of facilities after moved in for 8 years! I do not mind to pay the monthly maintenance fees even do not use the facilities. But I have so much complain about the building. I do not require they will provide Photoluminescent Exit Signs or Self Luminous Exit Signs in the building, but why not even normal Exit Signs? Don’t they know exit signs are very importance for safety in a building? I doubt how they get the certificate of building!

Our resident community did communicate with the management before and requests them to improve the public safety in the building. However, they done nothing until today. Frankly, I am getting bore to communicate or argue with the management already. For me, most inconvenient to stay in apartment or condominium, I am feeling that I am only the owner inside a lot unit and not the corridor, the lift, all other facilities. I always have to “beg” the management to repair or check if something happen outside my lot unit! Hate it!

Refuse to Wake Up Every Morning

Asking her to wake up is such a difficult job for me. I know the main reason caused she wake up late is because she sleep late at night. What to do to get her sleep early? I already tried to put them to sleep as early as 9pm! But they will never sleep on time and always playing and chatting for at least 1 or 2 hours. Then surely will refuse to wake up on time in the next morning. Then I have to act like a tiger to call them wake up, so that would not late to school! *sigh*

Stop Think Of Others

While I am searching for a powerful bathroom faucet, I get to know about the zero radius sinks. A modern style sink is square or rectangular with 90-degree corners. There are many brands such as Houzer, Elkay, Franke and other. The design looks so modern, I think my kitchen would look very nice if install the zero radius sink.

Opps…Better forget about the kitchen now. No chance to renovate the kitchen with my budget now.

Fully Recharged

I am feeling fresh and full of energy after the 10 hours sleep time. Having a good sleep at night really fully recharge my energy. I do not feel tire now, totally do not need to drink coffee to keep me awake. haha

But sleep early does shorten my time to spend with John. The first sentence he told me this morning was “You said you want to accompany me to watch DVD. But why you went to bed so early?”

Will Select Nicer Faucet This Time

If I want to renovate my bathroom, I definitely would select a powerful faucet this time. After tried the bathroom faucet in one of the SPA center, now I know what type of faucet I should select now. I need faucet that able to serve me strong water supply. It would be great if included massage feature. Although I am not sure which brand to go for yet. However, I would check on the Kohler faucet first, then follow by other brand. I am sure will get one that meet my requirement.

She likes to sleep on floor

I have no idea why my child loves to sleep outside my bedroom. She should sleep in her own bedroom but she is not. At night I would get her to sleep in her bedroom and make sure she is sleep before leave the room. But, I still seeing her sleep on the floor outside my bedroom, she almost stick to my bedroom door and I have to careful not step on her every morning out from bedroom. Funny huh, why she likes to sleep at there?

She Should Find Programming Jobs

Finally my friend could not stand for her boss and decided to resign last week. She started to submit resume for new jobs right after told me the decision. She studied computer programming before, I think she might interested to find jobs in programming, although she is not in this industrial currently. However, I think programming might be a new career for her since she had studied before, why waste the knowledge? She should try to submit resume for jobs in programming as well. Who knows she would be a good programmer in the future.

15 mins is Better Than No Time

I slept very early yesterday night. That is why I awake very early today. Wake up at 6.30am. Opps..just 15 mins early than usual, should not consider as very early huh?

Anyway, I wish to rush for something in this 15 mins. I know time is not enough for me to finish all but 15 mins is better than no time. At least I could done one or two already. let’s start to work now!

Just read from a friend’s blog regarding the motorcycle accident of her father just now. Her father suffers serious injured in the accident. I sincerely wish that her father will recover soon. I suggest her to get help from motorcycle accident attorneys for this accident. She should claim the medical and hospitality from the person who caused this accident. Give him / her punishment so that they will remember the accident and would not repeat the same mistake again.

Getting Old

I am getting older and could not stand for sleep late already. Last two days, I was very interested to watch few movies. So decided to finish the movies after put the children to sleep. They usually sleep around10pm. So I only could finish one movie 2 or 3 hours later which mean is around 1am. Yes, I slept at 1am for the past two days and guess what? Finally I could not stand for tireness and sleep at 8.30pm yesterday night! Even sleep early than the children. My eyes just could not open and feel extremely tired yesterday. *Sigh* Isn’t this a sign of getting old?

Nothing Importance Than Health

Although I am still do not know much about it but I believe nobody would like to suffer such disease. I pray that my lovely children, John and everyone I love are healthy. Health is much importance than money for me now.

Nothing to Complain About Him Now

I always appreciate what John do for the family. I have to admit that he is a very good father to the children and a very good husband to me. I knoe there is no perfect human in this world, therefore I never expert to have a perfect husband as well. Frankly, it is impossible for me to be a perfect wife as well.

A husband who willing to sweep the floor, mop the floor and doing most of the house chord once a week. What could I complain more?

Envy Her

I am envy my sister who does not need any best weight loss supplement to help her keep weight. She is two years younger than me. She is having a totally different gene with me. I am a woman who eat not much also will gain weight easily. She is a woman who even eats 3 bowls of rice each meal also would not gain weight! How great if I could have her genes like that. Why mother does not bring us the same genes? *sad*

Hunting for Used MPV Car

Hubby and I are thinking about getting a MPV car since my two little girls were born. We need a spacious space to fix their car seat and a large storage space for our luggage when going for a holiday. Oh yeap..I forgot to mention about my parent and sister. I just love to bring them whenever we go for a trip; no matter it would be just a few days’ trip or long holiday.

Hubby is considering getting a used Ford Galaxy MPV since the day he tested drives his friend’s car. His friend offers us to test drive his Ford Galaxy MPV 1.9 TDi (110bhp) Zetec 5 that was bought few months ago. Hubby and I was impressed with how easy it was to fix the baby car seat for our two daughters, especially the car is fitted with leather seats that prove difficult when fitting car seats. The drive is very stable and there is plenty of power available. Basically, we are very satisfied with the test drive and wish to owe one too.

Frankly, we could not afford a new car but we interested to get a used car. I started to do some research online to see the price range offer for this car model. I found quite many Ford Sussex used car website in the internet. I am not sure which Ford Sussex used car company offer the best price. Although the car selling price is a big issue for us due to our limited budget. However, I think I would prefer to get a reliable and trustworthy Ford Sussex used car company to get the car. I want to spend the money on car that is really good and in good conditions; I do not want to spend extra money for all the coming repair fees if bought a terrible car.

Kind of Boring Public Holiday

Today is our public holiday. I suppose have quite many activities, but all cancelled at last minutes. All because John has to back home today and we have to follow him back.

I was planning to join my mother lunch today. She already inform me she would cook us the “Suan Ban Zhi”, a formal Hakka dish. Too bad, I have no chance to taste it because John has to back home.

Never mind, I hope my mother would have some leave over, so that I could have some on tomorrow afternoon after back from office.
