No More Buy House

I asked John does he ever think of buy a new house again or not yesterday. Do you know how was he replied me? He said he would never buy house again. He said since the day that he moved in current house, he already decided that here would be our permanent resident. He prefers to buy shop lot or land for investment. I wonder if he interests to check out is there any North Carolina land for sale and dump in some money for the investment now. I wish he has that amount of money to buy land. I strongly wish and pray hard for it.
