Loans For Bad Credit Holder

I always handle my personal financial very carefully as I am trying my best not to have any bad credit in my record. I worry I could not get any loan if I have bad credit as I am still planning to buy a new home. However, I am feeling more secure now; I found that people with bad credit actually could apply the bad credit loans. Is good to know about this as knowledge. At least this would be good news for those who want to apply loan with not so good record.
