I meet a very good online friend last weekend. She is a very nice but too honest person. Why do I say that she is a nice but too honest person? That is because she comments about my flat nose. Of course, I understand that she was joking with me at that time, but I sudden feel like want to go to the Beverly Hills rhinoplasty and get a beautiful nose.

I always wish to present the best of me to my friends, am I too concern about my outlook?
